18 Members of the editorial board of Satellite Navigation were recently named to the World's Top 2% Scientists 2024 list by Stanford University, among them, 10 were listed in the Career-long Impact Ranking, and 17 in the Single Year Impact Ranking.
The list is based on citation data from the Scopus database. It uses six indicators, including total citations, H-index, and C-score, for a multi-dimensional analysis that aims to objectively reflect the scientists' impact. The Career-long Impact Ranking quantifies a scientist's cumulative influence from 1960 to the present, while the Single Year Impact Ranking focuses on their academic influence in the past year.
